Pricing questions, answered

Is the price per school or per student?
Per school. $100 per school per month covers unlimited students, teachers and classes. No per-seat fees, ever.
How does the 10% yearly discount work?
The monthly plan is $100 × 12 = $1200 per year. The yearly plan is $1,080 — saving you $120 (10% off), or $90 effective per month.
What is the onboarding fee, and does it change with the branded app?
There is a one-time $250 onboarding fee on monthly plans, which covers data import, class setup and a live staff training session. Annual plans pay a discounted flat $120 instead. If you purchase the Branded App add-on together with an annual subscription, your onboarding fee drops to just $100 (60% off the standard $250 fee).
Is there a free trial?
Yes — book a demo and we'll set up your school on a 14-day free trial with your real students and teachers. No card required.
How do I pay?
We accept ACH bank transfer, wire transfer and major credit/debit cards. Online checkout is available for monthly plans; annual plans are invoiced directly.
What about multiple campuses or a district?
For districts and multi-campus organisations, we offer a unified multi-campus admin dashboard on request with tiered discounts: onboard 2+ campuses together for 15% off (20% off on yearly billing), or 5+ campuses for 20% off (30% off on yearly billing). Contact us.
Can I get my own branded app on the App Store?
Yes. For a one-time setup of $800 we publish a fully white-labelled RizLearn app under your school's name — your icon, splash, colours and store listing. Subscription is normally $100/month. Bundle it with an annual subscription and get 60% off onboarding — just $100. Request branded app.
Is RizLearn FERPA compliant?
RizLearn is built with FERPA-aware data handling — role-based access controls, full audit logs, encrypted data in transit and at rest (HTTPS/TLS), and no third-party advertising trackers. Contact us if you need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for your district.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Yearly plans are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period.
